TRANSCRIPT


If you have earned college credit at Mercy College of Health Sciences, you may order an official transcript. Transcripts must be ordered by the individual whose record is being requested. The Office of the Registrar will send or issue an official transcript when students or former students make a formal request through the National Student Clearinghouse.

ORDERING TRANSCRIPTS

Your transcript can be ordered and tracked 24/7 via the National Student Clearinghouse.

DELIVERY TIME

Normal processing time is 2-4 business days. Additional time may be required during peak periods such as after final grades are posted or during degree conferral or holidays. During peak periods, transcript requests are processed in the order they are received.

COST

The cost for each transcript is $10.00.

HOLDS

No transcript will be furnished to any student whose financial obligations to the College have not been met. Transcripts will not be released if the student’s account status is on hold.
