If you are looking to add or change your major, minor, or catalog year, please select and complete the appropriate form(s)* below. As with any change to academic enrollment, please be sure to review the Tuition and Fees for your chosen program prior to submitting any changes. *Applicants who are not yet actively enrolled in classes at Mercy College do not need to complete this form. Please contact your admissions counselor or email admissions@mchs.edu if you wish to update your application to a different major or start term.
