Owned and operated by Newbury Living, College Hill Apartments were newly renovated in 2018 with modern applicances and decor. Units include 1-2 bedrooms with both single units and shared units available. College Hill Apartments have 86 total housing units on campus and are not owned and operated by Mercy College.
