Mercy College does not own or operate any student housing facilities. Des Moines and the surrounding suburbs offer numerous independent living options, including College Hill Apartments, which are conveniently located right on our campus.
COLLEGE HILL APARTMENTS
College Hill Apartments are an on-campus housing option operated by the Newbury Management Company that make your walk to class quick and convenient. Units are newly remodeled and have views that showcase the Des Moines skyline.
